My recent experience at this establishment has left me and my 18 year old son quite dissatisfied.It appears that this business may be struggling/ hurting for $ as I have read numerous positive reviews that seem inauthentic. I encourage potential customers to consider the genuine feedback, particularly concerning instances where the owner has attempted to take advantage of customers.Recently, my 18-year-old son received a quote over the phone for a total cost of $175 to $200 to replace the stock springs with lowering springs on the front struts of his G37 coupe, including an alignment. Note: My son had purchased the springs online and had previously replaced the rear ones himself, though he lacked the necessary tools to replace the front ones.So we dropped off the car and shortly after the owner informs me via text that the struts also required replacement. We declined, along with canceling the alignment. However, when my son returned for his vehicle, he was unexpectedly being charged over $400 for the labor involved in replacing the front lowering springs. This situation left my son quite distressed- so he called me.I arrived shortly thereafter to discuss the matter with the owner and minutes later his wife gets involved. Despite my request for a detailed printout of the services performed and the associated charges, this information was never provided to us. The owner asked us how much we could pay, so I reiterated the original quote provided to my son. I ultimately paid $180 for the labor associated with replacing the two front stock springs (with no alignment). The owner stated we would owe him the remainder balance. He insisted that my son misunderstood and that he charges $175 per hour/ per side. I thought this was excessive. The owner mentioned that he records all phone calls and that he would send me proof of the initial quote, to which I agreed. However, days have gone by, and I have yet to receive any such documentation or recording.Regrettably, the struts on my son's vehicle are now leaking, rendering it undrivable.My son had reservations about bringing his car to a Mexican-owned shop due to concerns about honesty and integrity in business practices. Unfortunately, his apprehension and hesitation have proven to be justified.I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when considering your services at this place, as my experience has led me to believe that the owner is deceitful and greedy.

Absolutely amazing experience! My entire family uses ice cream wheels! They did a 4.5” rough country lift, wheels and tires, and a double stabilizer in the front!!! Amazing service and work!

8am appointment, got there 10 minutes early. 8.10 nobody there. LEFT w my money!

Miguel and the entire team is absolutely very knowledgeable , after dealing with another tire and wheel place and the got me the wrong stuff and did not own up to it , they helped and went above and beyond to do a exceptional Job on my wife’s Yukon !Thank you!
